Expanding Horizons: Now Licensed in New Mexico + New Ways to Work Together

As my practice continues to evolve, I wanted to share a few updates about where and how I am currently offering services.

I am pleased to announce that as of June 2026, I am officially licensed to provide psychotherapy services in New Mexico. This expansion allows me to support clients residing in New Mexico through the same integrative, trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming approach that has shaped my work for many years.

At the same time, I have made the decision to let go of my professional licensure in Georgia. While transitions like these can bring logistical changes, they also create opportunities to reflect on what forms of support are most aligned with the needs of the people I serve and the direction of my work moving forward.

For Current and Former Georgia Clients

For clients located in Georgia, this change means that I am no longer able to provide psychotherapy services under a Georgia mental health license.

However, many individuals may continue working with me through mental health coaching services when appropriate. Coaching differs from psychotherapy in important ways. Rather than focusing on diagnosis, treatment, or clinical mental health concerns, coaching is designed to support personal growth, life transitions, self-discovery, nervous system awareness, goal clarification, and creating meaningful change.

Many of the themes that bring people into my practice—identity shifts, neurodivergence, burnout recovery, life transitions, relationship patterns, purpose, and personal growth—can often be explored effectively within a coaching framework.

If you are a current Georgia client and have questions about what this transition means for you, please reach out so we can discuss your individual situation.

Coaching Services Available Worldwide

One of the benefits of coaching is that it is not limited by state licensure requirements in the same way psychotherapy is.

I currently offer coaching services to clients around the world who are seeking support navigating:

  • Major life transitions

  • Neurodivergent identity exploration

  • Midlife reinvention

  • Burnout and recovery

  • Career and business evolution

  • Personal growth and self-trust

  • Spiritual exploration and meaning-making

  • Nervous system regulation and resilience

  • Relationship transitions and life crossroads

My approach remains deeply informed by my background as a psychotherapist while integrating somatic awareness, nervous system education, mindfulness, trauma-informed principles, and holistic approaches to healing and growth.

Why Transitions Matter

One of the themes I have become increasingly passionate about over the years is helping people navigate periods of transition.

Whether you are entering a new stage of adulthood, moving through perimenopause, changing careers, ending a relationship, receiving a neurodivergent diagnosis, starting a business, healing from burnout, or simply sensing that your life is asking something different of you, transitions often bring both uncertainty and possibility.

Too often, we are expected to "push through" these periods without adequate support or reflection.

I believe transitions deserve to be honored.

When approached intentionally, transitional seasons can become powerful opportunities for healing, growth, self-understanding, and greater freedom.

Rites of Passage: Support for Life and Business Transitions

To support individuals moving through these transformative seasons, I created two signature coaching programs:

Rites of Passage in Therapy

Designed for women and other humans navigating significant life transitions, this program helps participants make sense of where they have been, where they are now, and where they are being called next.

Together we explore the emotional, psychological, somatic, and symbolic dimensions of change so that transitions become opportunities for deeper alignment rather than simply challenges to endure.

Rites of Passage in Business

Created for therapists, healers, helpers, and entrepreneurs, this program explores the often-overlooked relationship between personal transformation and business growth.

Rather than focusing solely on strategies and productivity, we examine the developmental stages, identity shifts, fears, and opportunities that naturally emerge as businesses evolve.

The goal is not simply to build a business, but to create a business that reflects who you are becoming.

Looking Forward

I am excited about this new chapter and the opportunity to serve clients in New Mexico, Illinois, and Florida while continuing to expand coaching opportunities for people worldwide.

If you are navigating a season of change and looking for support that honors both your inner experience and the practical realities of transformation, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

Change can be disorienting. It can also be an invitation. The question is often not whether we are in a transition, but how we choose to meet it.
